Crustless Brownie Pie
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, softened
pinch of salt
1/2 c. all purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Combine the first 7 ingredients; beat 4 minutes at Medium speed with an electric mixer. Stir in pecan or walnuts. Spread batter evenly in a buttered pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (Pie will puff and then fall slightly.) Serve plain, or with whipped cream or ice cream. 8 servings.
