Momos

2 packets of ground pork or chicken
1+1/2 tea spoon ground ginger
2 tsp ground garlic
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
red pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
2 tblsp some kind of edible oil (or molten butter)
4 tsp soy sauce
chopped onion = 2/3 the amount of ground pork or chicken
2 green onion plants (chopped)

Mix them and wrap them in egg roll wrapper.

To cook it, you may used alumunium foil. Just poke holes in it and put
momos on it. Boil water in a pot and cover it with the foil. Press
around the edge of the foil inside the pot so that it will some space
over it for the lid
