I am bored of having cereals and pancakes.
Please give me some fresh ideas for breakfast.
It could be hot and spicy or non-spicy but no more sweet stuff please.

Since you don't want sweets - I won't tell you that a nice fresh fruit salad really does the body good!

Eggs/omelets are good for you - protein - or breakfast sausage.

Breakfast burritos - any filling your want are another choice - eggs, bacon, ham, pineapple, peppers, etc.

Breakfast frittattas!

Arkansas Breakfast Casserole

6 slices bacon, cut in 2 inch pieces
1 small green pepper, cored, seeded, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
6 cups cubed cooked potatoes
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste

In a large heavy skillet, cook the bacon over moderate heat until crisp. Remove the bacon to drain. Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of drippings. Heat the drippings remaining in the pan till it sizzles. Add the pepper, onion and potatoes and cook, stirring gently, until the potato cubes are browned. Sprinkle on the cheese and stir until it melts. Add the eggs and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the crumbled bacon and serve at once.

And there is always cold pizza - LOL!!!

bagels with cream cheese or a fruit spread
waffles (can be made in advance and frozen, then toasted quickly) with peanut butter/syrup/fruit spread/etc.
egg sanwich on a bagel or an english muffin
english muffin with PB or fruit spread
granola bar
yogurt with fruit
fruit smoothie

My kids love when I make breakfast burritos and when I make biscuts and gravy. Another good breakfast is hard boiled eggs with chile powder on it. What about omelets. They are healthy if you just use the whites and put lots of veggies in there.

^Yes breakfast burritos are a great way to have a nice breakfast. I usually make some rasin bagels w/cream cheese or have some scrambled eggs with some sausage.

Thanks a ton for all your ideas but if someone could tell me how to make breakfast burritos at home, I would be glad. Thanks in advance!

Whenever I get this bored-of-the-same-old-breakfast syndrome, I usually steam some udon noodles and toss it up with veggies. It's a nice change!

Steam Udon?? That is pretty odd o_O

Well you can always grill cheese on a piece of bread. Its healthy i guess

When I make breakfast burritos - I precook my bacon, ham or sausage and I scramble some eggs - sometimes with onion and peppers in the eggs, then I heat my flour tortillas in a skillet which makes them easier to rolll/wrap. Heat one side of your tortilla and turn over to heat the other side - then working fast - place egg and meat in center of tortilla, top with shredded or sliced cheese and roll. You can add chopped tomatoes if you want or just about anything at all! And you don't have to make them just for breakfast - leftover meats, shredded and mixed with BBQ sauce make an easy filling. Even leftover meatloaf with leftover roasted potatoes cut into small dice! Use your imagination! It's a great way to use up anything leftover!

you can make burritos in advance too and freeze the leftovers. They make great heat & eats for those mornings you're in a hurry.

Low carb turkey lettuce rolls.

sliced roasted turkey. (from the deli)
cream cheese
lettuce leaves.
pepper to taste

On the lettuce leave spread the cream cheese (about a tablespoon), pepper to taste, then lay the cheese on the cream cheese and top with Turkey, and roll up. They are great to take in the car too.
