1 pound back fin crabmeat
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 medium green pepper, minced
1/2 teaspoon chopped pimento
2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
Mix the celery, mayonnaise, a minced onion, pepper, pimento, and hard-boiled eggs. Gently fold in crabmeat.
