I have just found out I have food allergies to barley, basil, blueberries, bran, carrots, cheddar-swiss-cottage cheeses, clams, coffee, eggs, eggplant, gluten, grapefruit, malt, cow's milk, mustard, oat, peanuts, black & chili pepper, rye, sesame, shrimp, soybean, wheat, yeast and yogurt! Needless to say, I'm completely lost!!! Hope you all are doing well!
