Poppy Seed Bread

3 C. FLOUR
1 & 1/2 TSP. SALT
1 & 1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
2 & 1/2 C. SUGAR
3 EGGS
1 & 1/2 C. OIL (VEGETABLE)
1 & 1/2 TSP. VANILLA
1 & 1/2 TSP. BUTTER FLAVORING
1 & 1/2 TSP. ALMOND FLAVORING
1 & 1/2 C. MILK
1 & 1/2 TBSP. POPPY SEEDS



PLACE ALL THESE INGREDIENTS INTO A LARGE MIXING BOWL AND BEAT FOR 2 MIN.'S

POUR INTO 2 9x5x3 INCH GREASED AND FLOURED LOAF PANS.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR

GLAZE: 3/4 C. SUGAR
1/4 C. ORANGE JUICE
1/2 TSP. VANILLA
1/2 TSP. ALMOND FLAVORING
1/2 TSP. BUTTER FLAVORING

MIX AND POUR OVER HOT BREAD AS IT COMES OUT OF THE OVEN. COOL FOR 1 HOUR IN PANS.

YOU'LL LOVE THIS BREAD.
THIS MAKES A WONDERFUL GIFT FOR GIVING DURING THE HOLIDAYS:)

Hey Kev,

I just wanted to post on this so as to point it out to you! Man this is so good you have got to try it, and it is easy! Came to me via a beautiful Mennonite lady friend, and man could she cook, she had ancient "secret" recipes handed down for centuries (from her Amish roots). Any way since you like to bake I figured I needed to give you the heads up or 2 thumbs way up!!!
