Hello from southern Oh.
This is my first cooking club and am looking forward to learning lots of cooking tips. I am 59 and at home all the time. I do some cooking for a club of about 100 and enjoy fixing roasted pork& beef 6 or 8 times a year.

Welcome aboard! You'll love this forum and there is so much we do learn and share. I just joined in Nov. and have already gleaned so much knowledge. Hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do. Plus we can ask questions and get answers!
