Coconut flour/meal

Have any of ya'll cooked or used coconut flour? If so do u have any recipes? I have some, but would like more....Thank you...

Hi 1texas1 and welcome too! I have never heard of coconut flour! I will look into it now, sounds interesting as well as tasty! Maybe you can share with us some of your favorite uses for it? Hope you like spice palce and become an active member!

I havent cooked with it YET, but its healthy and I just love coconut. I have called around to the health food stores and they have it. After I get the coconut flour and try it in some of the recipes I already have I will share with ya'll. I will be getting some almond flour also so I will share those aswell......And thank you....
