I am looking for a good vindaloo recipe. Doesn't matter what meat is used.

I don't know how good it is. Way too hot for my taste buds.

It looks pretty tasty but I think vindaloo is supposed to be garnished by fried potatoes and vinegar. At least the recipes I have call for it. Is that the kind you are looking for JM123?
