carrot cream soup

ingredieents :

1/4 cup macaroni (The size of a small )
1/2 pack butter (113g)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup white flour
2 cup carrot, grated
6 cup water
1 vegetable cube
salt , black pepper

preparation :

fry onion and vegetable cube in
butter add flour stir for 2 minutes
and water, carrot , cook over moderate
heat until tender .
blend mixture in electric blender
until smooth and homogenous , put
on low heat , add macaroni , season
with salt and black pepper , cook
until thick .
(... serve hot and garnish with chopped carrot ...)
