Chocolate Fudge Squares

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped nuts

Melt butter and chocolate squares in a saucepan over low heat until melted together. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until light; add sugar gradually. Slowly pour into chocolate mixture. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix in pecans and spread into a well greased 10x15 (I used 9x13x2) baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a light touch with a finger leaves a slight imprint.

ICING:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 stick butter
18 large marshmallows
1 box 4x powdered sugar
1/3 cup hot milk

Cut marshmallows in half and place on hot cake at even intervals. Melt chocolate and butter together in saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir hot milk into sugar and then add to chocolate mixture. Breat until smooth, thickened and the right consistency to spread. Add more milk if necessary. Spread on cake, completely covering the marshmallows. Cut into squares with one marshmallow to each square.
