Ingredients:

4 medium bananas
1/4 C butter, melted, divided
1 tbls. lemon juice
1/4 C quick cooking oats
1/4 C chopped walnuts
1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
Vanilla ice cream
Cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and slice the bananas. Divide the banana slices evenly among 4 ungreased 6-oz ramekins or souffle dishes

Combine 2 tbls. melted butter and the lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix well. Drizzle the butter mixture over the bananas in each ramkin.

Combine the oats, walnuts, brown sugar and the remaining melted butter in a small bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the bananas.

Bake until the bananas are hot and the topping is bubbly, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm with the ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. These will warm you up and make you smile! :):)
