Shredded Potatoes au Gratin

Ingredients:

4 cups fozen hash-brown potatoes, thawed
2 C whipping cream
1 1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 C sliced green onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray four 1 cup ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine the hash-brown potatoes, cream, 1 1/4 C Cheddar, the onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.

Spoon the potato mixture into the prepared ramekins. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with a bit of Paprika if desired.

Bake until bubbly and golden brown and the potatoes are cooked, 35 to 45 minutes. These are really tasty and delicious.
