Ingredients:

3 large eggs, beaten
1 C milk
2 tbls. butter, cut into small pieces
1 C all-purpose flour


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Pour into greased Popover pans or custard cups set on ungreased baking sheet.

Fill each popover cup approx. half full of batter
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately with lots of butter. Incredible! :):)
