Welshkorn Eishtar-Puffers (Oyster Corn Fritters)

Ingredients:

2 C cream-style corn
2 eggs, separated
2 tbls. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper


Directions:

With the corn, blend the egg yolks, beaten, the flour and seasonings. Beat the egg whites to soft peak stage. Fold egg whites into corn mixture until blended. Drop by teaspoonsfull onto a hot buttered skillet and brown about 2 minutes per side. Serve with syrup and lots of butter. Yummy! :D:D
