A very simple cake to make, it is served usually with tea or coffee.
Ingredients:
* 4 eggs
* 1 ½ cup sugar
* 1 yogurt (You can use a cup of milk instead of yogurt)
* 1 cup vegetable oil
* 3 cups flour
* 2 tablespoons baking powder
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
Preparation:
With an electric mixer beat together the eggs, sugar and yogurt until thick. Gradually beat in the oil. Stir in the flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Preheat your oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a tube pan. Empty the batter into your pan, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a knife comes clean from the center.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before you serve.
