Ingredients:
1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 English muffins
2 C shredded cheddar or Colby cheese, shredded
6 large eggs, beaten
2 C milk
2 tbls. chopped green onion
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Spread cream cheese on each muffin half and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Place half of the cubes into greased baking dish. Top with 1 1.2 C cheese. Repeat with remaining muffin cubes and 1/2 C of cheese. In large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour over muffin cubes in baking dish. Let stand for 15 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes until puffed and golden. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. This is delicious! Enjoy
