Nacho Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

5 C slightly crushed tortilla chips
4 C cubed cooked chicken
2 16-oz. jars salsa
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen mexi-corn
1/2 C sour cream
2 tbls. all-purpose flour
1 C shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place 3 cups of the tortilla chips in bottom of a lightly greased 3-quart baking dish. In a large bowl combine chicken, salsa, mexicorn, sour cream and flour. Spoon mixture over tortilla chips in casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with the remaining tortilla chips and the cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes more or until heated through and cheese is melted. Delicious! :D
