Can anyone give me some tips for grilling chicken? Everytime I put chicken on the grill it ends up burnt. I've tried it so many different time and can never seem to get it right.

BBQ it over a slow fire and turn every 10 minutes or so

Never cook over the flame - always nice white coals.

Use slow fire only, too much salt will trigger the fire to burn it. And I agree with Mama Mangia, use coals always. My cousin uses aluminum foil to prevent it from getting burnt.
