Can anyone explain the in's & out's of macking a great Carne Asada via the grill? Thanks!

Well I usually get ranchera steak or skirt steak from a Mexican grocery store. Not sure if you have a Valleratas near you but they seel ranchera meat already prepared. If I dont get it prepared I put the meat in a 20 gallon bag and add juices from a lemon, orange and lime. Then I add cilantro and onion. I let it marinate for about 3 hours. Once marinated i just put it on the grill. You don't need to grill it long since it is a thin steak.
