I went to a barbecue party at my friend's home and they were serving barbecued clams there. I've never had barbecued clams before and they really tastes good. I just forgot to get the recipe but when I do, I'd surely post it here. But if anyone has it, post it here. Has anyone had barbecued clams?

Ok, I'm absolutely curious about how you'd barbecue clams and season them. Don't they usually get the seasoning from being boiled in seasoned water? Cooking them indirectly comes to mind, but how to flavor them doesn't.

I guess now that I think about it, it doesn't seem that clams need any marinating or long cooking with spices to impart flavor like you have to do with beef and chicken. Since they're so small a simple seasoning does it.
