Default Ribs

RIBS


8 country style pork spare ribs or beef ribs
Dr. Pepper (as much as it takes to cover the ribs in a stock pot
5 garlic cloves (slightly mashed)
1 T. liquid smoke
1 large onion, quartered
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Place ribs in large stockpot. Pour Dr. Pepper over ribs to cover.
Add garlic, liquid smoke and onion. Bring to a boil, lower heat to
simmer and cook until ribs are tender. Drain ribs. Place ribs in
baking pan. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for
about 30-45 minutes. OR they can be put on a BBQ grill.
