Default Grilled Bacon Chicken

Grilled Bacon Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
4 slices uncooked bacon

Grease and preheat grill.

Sprinkle chicken evenly with Italian seasoning.
Cut each piece of bacon into thirds and place
on top of each seasoned chicken breast.

Place in grill and cook for 4-6 minutes until

OH! I’ve made these before, but instead of cutting the bacon up, I wrapped 1-2 pieces around the breast and secured with a toothpick, and then grilled them. These are excellent. I love the grilled bacon flavor with the chicken breast.

I’d forgotten about doing this, and I have some chicken breast to cook! I’m so glad I found this post. Thanks for sharing (even though I’m a few months late!).

So true. A wise friend once told me that males will eat anything wrapped in bacon so that's how my sons get their green veggies - wrapped in bacon! It really works!

Thumbs up Ever tried this one

I use a squeezed filtered garlic juice in a spray bottle, Spraying the chicken throughout the grilling time, It's a great product, Usually find it through Cajun power.

There's a yummy-looking version of this in the new Deen Brothers "Ya'll Come Eat" cookbook. Looks very appetizing!
