Default Potato Packets

Ok all you need is
apx 2 potatoes per packet, 1 packet per person.

Get a big bowl out and dice potatoes,
All other veggies are optional, but I usually add
carrots, green peppers, and onions.

Just a nice mix of whatever you have to toss in.

Sprinkle in some Lawrys Seasoned Salt and some Lemon Pepper

Get some of those one up foil pop up thingys or some heavy duty foil.
(you're going to double wrap)

now put in a few handfuls of the mix onto the foil
wrap it up and add a few tbs of vegtable oil and a few pats of butter & seal like a burritos, flip it over seam down on next sheet of foil, and wrap again (veggie oil might leak out, and cause a flame up on grill so make sure it's tight and double wrapped)

place packets on grill for apx 10 mins each side, depending on how much you put into the packets.

serve in or out of the packets

Sounds good, but I'd take out the green peppers and onions. And definately no bell peppers, peppers are bad.
