Default Mini Meatloaves With Swiss Cheese Stuffing

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup diced sweet green pepper
2 tbsp mayonaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

In bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper. In small bowl, mix together Swiss cheese, green pepper, mayonaise, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Divide beef mixture into 8 oval patties. Top 4 ovals with cheese mixture; cover with remaining ovals, pressing edges firmly together.

That's making my mouth water just reading that! LOL That looks very similar to the recipe that I use. I just wouldn't have been able to figure out how to get anything in the middle! LOL This looks like a great recipe.
