Barbecued Beef Slices
Barbecued Beef Slices:
13 slices roast beef 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons wine vinegar 1 teaspoon mustard 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Few drops Tabasco Sauce-optional 1 teaspoon horseradish Lay slices of beef in bottom of a greased shallow pan. Combine ingredients and pour over the meat slices. Cover pan with foil and heat 25-35 minutes in a moderately hot oven, 375.
