I love stuffed cabbage. I have not had the grape leaves since I was a kid. Cathy, the use of yogurt is a nice twist.
Mream, I have never thought to use Mint with a dish like this but am very interested in trying a bit with tomatoes now to see if I like it. Thanks for the wonderful recipes to you both. |

Cathy, I make a Hungarian style stuffed cabbages and I layer cabbage rolls, then sliced potatoes, sour kraut, more cabbage rolls, sliced potatoes and kraut are the top layer. I make my sauce base again with V8 juice but spice it up a bit and add lots of Paprika. It is a Hungarian dish of course, lol. All the flavors work into the potatoes and makes the dish.

Wow that sounds good IC, I am a big fan of stuffed leaves of any variety. Tonight we had stuffed bell peppers again! There is a cabbage in my flower garden that is almost ready to harvest and I shall be stuffing away!
