A must have with my family when making a beef roast.. And that is yorkshire pudding..

2 Eggs (must be at room temp)
2 cups of milk (again room temp)
1 cup of flour

Turn oven up to 400 degress's after your roast is cooked..

Mix all three ingreiants together.. and take 3 or 4 tablespoons of juice from roast. and stir it in..

Spray muffin pan with non-stick.. and put in oven to heat pan.. When pan is hot.. Usually 5 minutes or so..

Take out and pour your batter into the cupcake pan.

Put in oven till golden colour.. if done right, they should almost be hollow in centre from bottom.. Take out.. and serve with your roast beef.. Great with gravy on I am told.. Way too many eggs for me, so never had any.. But my family loves them..

If any left over.. good next morning with jam..
