You know what else goes good in stew? Parsnips. I have been using them more and more. I know it is nothing new, but for me it is. Love that flavor.

From what my Dad's doctor said there always remains a trace of the alcohol and in Dad's case even that small trace is too much. For most people it doesn't matter but in Hepatitis cases it does.
