Cheese burgers
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup grated colby or edam cheese 1/2 cup freashly chopped parsely 1 onion peeled and finely diced 1 egg 2-3 pieces of bread, broken into crumbs 1/2 cup bbq sauce salt and pepper hamburger buns sliced beets sliced tomatoes lettuce in a bowl combine ground beef, cheese, parsely, onion, egg, bread crumbs, bbq sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Mold into 8 evenly shaped patties. cook over medium heat on a greased barbeque or in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked to taste. serve on buns with beets, tomato, and lettuce. Makes 8 servings
