Default Easy Onion Rolls

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 cup onion\cooked, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
1/2 lb. refrigerated biscuit dough, unrolled and separated
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese



Instructions

Preheat oven to temperature 400°F. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté onion 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Stir in parsley. Spread each piece of dough with onion butter and sprinkle generously with cheese. Roll up dough, starting with wide end. Place on an ungreased baking sheet, point side down. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes 8 rolls.
