If I had a dream to come true it would be to travel the world and attend different cooking schools in every country, and have a picnic in the country-side at each location where I'd be visiting and attending cooking school Now that would be an "Over-The-Top" holiday for me

Hi Mream!

I actually made the dough with intentions of making the Yami-Yami and then used the dough instead to make pita bread I changed my mind after the dough had risen and decided I wanted some Hummus & Baba-Ganough and I needed pita bread for them. Maybe next time I will actually make the Yami-Yami!
