I am so excited and pleased to read that you are from Lebanon!!!
P.S. I live in the United States in a state named Georgia, we live in the Northern part of our state where there are mountains and streams, it is beautiful here! Our winters are mild, our summers are long & hot so we swim and camp out alot during the summer. How is Saudi Arabia this time of the year? I only imagine Saudi as hot & dry! I am afraid I need lots of green grass and trees to keep my spirits high! I would be sad if no green scenery to look at! Last edited by Cook Chatty Cathy; 07-08-2009 at 04:08 PM. |

Cathy are you kidding. Stuffed grape leaves. I can't wait for the recipe. I was thinking of stuffing the pastries with spinach leaves and sliced black olives, and a white cheese. Ironic Chef that would make it Italian. Thank's again mream. You go Mama not to fast now. Thanks Kathy W.
