Default Small loaf of bread

I want a small fresh loaf every day. Can I Just cut all quantites in a recipe in half?

You can try that - or you can try freezing the dough to save time.

I don't know how small of a loaf you want - or what recipe you are using - but you can try using a refrigerator rolls recipe and using so much of that each day.
