    Default Provolone bread

I think I finally perfected this, I am so happy with how it came out.

I used the no knead dutch oven recipe, added chunks of provolone and sprinkled pecorino romano in the dough and on top. this time I used all white flour. This is the best tasting bread I've ever made

I love to use an really aged provolone and sometimes I will dice up pepperoni or soppresata and add that to the dough.

That and a pot of thick homemade sauce and I an in heaven!

IC - the gas tank is full! Let's go!
