Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread
1 3/4 cup. flour 2 eggs beaten slightly 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tbls. vinallia 1 tbls. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 cup. shreded zucchinni Add rasins, 1tsp. nutmeg, chopped pecans,or walnuts to your liking. None if you prefer Mix flour, sugar,baking powder,salt,and cinnamon. set aside. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar,vanilla,and zucchini. Add to dry mix and blend until well mixed. pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350' for 50 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Enjoy!!!
