1 package active dry yeast
1 cup hot tap water
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups bread flour (or All-purpose flour)

*nonstick cooking spray to keep dough from sticking to bowel or bread pan

Mix hot tap water, yeast, salt, melted butter, sugar and milk.
Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Add small amounts of flour about 1/4 cup at a time every minute or so.
Once the dough stops sticking to the bowel turn it out onto floured surface.
Knead dough for ten minutes.
Spray a clean bowel with nonstick cooking spray. Place dough in bowel and let rise for an hour. punch down dough and form a loaf. Spray your loaf pan with nonstick. Let rise for one more hour.

Bake loaf at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for thirty minutes. When it’s done, pull it out and immediately remove it from the pan to cool.
