Immune-Boosting Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries, or mixed berries
1 banana
2 kiwi fruit, diced
1 cup plain yogurt, or vanilla (low-fat)
1 cup ice
2 Tbsps. wheat germ, or flax seeds
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
Instructions
Blend until smooth (kids love smoothies and they are a convenient way to get lots of super healthy fruits in them.
