Stupenderifous Buttermilk Pancakes

This is my pancake recipe, best I've ever had (and that's saying a lot)


Dry Mix:
1 + 1/2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
A few shakes of salt
1 + 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 + 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Wet Mix:
Beat 1 egg with 2 cups buttermilk + A splash of regular milk.

Add dry mix to wet mix and mix well. Add a large pat of melted butter (not margarine), about 2 tablespoons, and mix. Makes 8 or 9 pancakes.
