Wink stuffed pita breakfast sandwich

well - at least I "think" that's what you would call it!

I cut my pita bread in half making 2 sandwiches.

Diced deli ham and chopped onion sauteed in butter; added beaten eggs and made them fluffy! Stuck a slice of velveeta cheese in each half pita - filled with egg mixture and stuck in the oven for just a minute to melt the cheese!

mmmmmmmmmm

I have also done this with breakfast sausages sliced thin and I have added red and green bell peppers to the eggs.
