Smoked Turkey Omelet
5 eggs 3 tablespoons of milk 1/8 teaspoons garlic salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/3 cup chopped smoked turkey 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese Beat eggs and milk togther. Add garlic salt and pepper. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Pour egg mixture. Cook until lightly set. Sprinkle turkey and cheeses evenly on top of egg. Cook until firm.
