Grandpa's Egg Gravy w/ Chipped Beef...
Grandpa used to make Country Cream Gravy and add Chipped Beef and sliced Hard-Cooked Eggs, then spoon this over savory waffles.
I like to serve a toasted, buttered bagel open-faced, topped with scrambled eggs that have had crumbled hot-smoked salmon and a bit of cream cheese dotted into them. Serve with fresh berries and melon for a heavenly, luxurious breakfast, lunch or supper.
