"??eggs??" On Toast
"??EGGS??" ON TOAST
Toast a slice of cinnamon swirl bread or raisin bread. Place a slice of frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream on slice. Make a "dent" in center. Fill dent with apricot or peach half. Spoon fruit syrup over. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.

It is tasty and I enjoy cinnamon toast for breakfast sometimes - so I just posted it to breakfast. And with this heatwave - I think a scoop of ice cream for breakfast can be refreshing!! (what an excuse to sneak ice cream in the morning!!! LOL)
