    Default "??eggs??" On Toast

    "??EGGS??" ON TOAST


    Toast a slice of cinnamon swirl bread or raisin bread.

    Place a slice of frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream on slice.

    Make a "dent" in center.

    Fill dent with apricot or peach half.

    Spoon fruit syrup over.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.

    That sounds really cute. And ultra tasty. Sounds more like dessert than breakfast though. : )

    It is tasty and I enjoy cinnamon toast for breakfast sometimes - so I just posted it to breakfast. And with this heatwave - I think a scoop of ice cream for breakfast can be refreshing!! (what an excuse to sneak ice cream in the morning!!! LOL)
