Breakfast/Brunch using Leftovers
OK, so one morning after a big dinner the prev. night...
I discovered these little suckers. I used a muffin tin, took a piece of sandwich meat (ham works best or can. bacon would work) and use this as muffin liner I also had made a hashbrown/potato casserole the night before, so I used that next spoon in leftover broccoli pieces or whatever you have. top with cheese pop in oven @350 for about 10-15 mins, serve hot. Makes a wonderful brunch item, and uses those leftovers.
