Campfire Potatoes
CAMPFIRE POTATOES
Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Barbecue Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 5 medium Potatoes, peeled -- thinly sli 1 medium Onion -- sliced 6 tablespoons Butter or margarine 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley -- minced 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1/3 cup Chicken broth Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil with butter. Combine the cheese, parsley, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepepr; sprinkle over potatoes. Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth. Seal the edges of foil well. Grill, covered, over medium coals for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender
