2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups veg. oil
4 eggs
3 cups grated carrots
1 teaspoon vanila



mix together sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in oil add eggs one at a time, mix well after each, add carrots abd vanilla mix very well. por into a greased pan 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until done. Cool in pan.

Looks good - want to make a carrot cake for my son next time he comes home in February.

Need a good cream cheese frosting.
