ButterSticks is on a distinguished road
Default Apple Cake

1 box yellow cake mix(NOT the pudding included kind)
1 small box French vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 8 oz container sour cream
- combine and beat for 5 minutes -

then combine in a separate bowl:

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 apples, peeled and diced

Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Evenly cover with 1/2 apple/nut mixture. Cover with remaining batter, then the rest of apple/nut mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
May drizzle with favorite icing, but not neccessary.
(Cream Cheese frosting, or confectioner's sugar drizzle, are two favorite icings)
