Default Share your money-saving grocery tips

Let's share our money-saving grocery tips here .

My favorite tip is to never shop on an empty stomach-too many impulsive, expensive purchases are made.

Check store flyers every week for sales/specials :if you use an item frequently and it's on sale then buy more than one for future use(if the items can be frozen or are canned etc).

Remember to look below or above eye-level on the shelves as they usually put the most expensive items at eye level.

Make a shopping list and stick to it.

Also remember that some places honor sale prices from other stores. Walmart for example. I get the flyer from a store that's 30 miles away and take it to the walmart that's 20 miles away, show them the ad and get the sale price.
