I sure miss some of those good ole' Halloween candies, janie! I bet your nieces LOVE the buckets you're generous enuf to lovingly prepare for them!
BTW friends- I'll be gone for a while...heading to Vancouver Island for the funeral of a former co-worker and I'm taking a week off while I'm at it, just to hang-out there a bit... Not sure if I'll have easy web access or not. TTYL!) |

In my neighborhood everyone still seems to be giving out lots of candy. I always have a party on Halloween which is also trick or treat night in my neighborhood. So there are a bunch of dressed up people at my house giving out candy. One thing I have noticed is a lot of teenage boys trick or treating with out a costume. I refuse to give them any candy. I am a grown woman old enough to wince when telling my age and I'm dressed up like the green fairy. These candy munchers can wear a costume too if they want treats.
