My husband always says that it is a good thing that I have a good metabolism... I eat often, every 2-4 hours. Good snacks, small meals, along with regular meals. I do not like sweets (too) much, and I do not get fast food more than once or twice a month. I love to eat my food! And I love salads (!) for breakfast (after coffee, of course).

I eat about every 2-4 hrs as well. Hubby thinks I'm eating all the time. I love munching on chips and been trying so hard to avoid them. I keep stock of dried fruits and tea so I can eat a light dinner. Meals here always have rice so it's high carbo and starch. I don't exercise regularly but so far I've kept myself trim. I do try to cook healthy meals but cream sauce, melted cheese, and the smell of butter .... so hard to resist.
Jon always makes me an Easter Basket every year. He loads it full of Cadbury eggs which are my biggest weakness lol. I try and limit to a couple small pieces a day but it is hard! I still have each basket he has made in storage.
